Setting up mandatory Single Sign On (SSO) for your organisation

This article applies to organisation owners and admins only.

For more information, see What is an organisation owner? and What is an admin?

During the free trial the organisation is limited to one user. To admit new users to your account, create an active subscription.

To convert an existing organisation into an SSO only organisation

To convert your existing organisation to require Microsoft SSO you must be signed in to your organisation with Microsoft (or be signed in with an email account matching your Microsoft Entra ID).

  1. In your browser, go to foodworks.online.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Select continue with Microsoft Entra ID.
  4. On the Microsoft page, select the account that matches the email of your existing Foodworks account.
  5. Once logged in, navigate to your Organisation settings.
  6. Select the Integrations tab.
  7. Click Connect.

Your organisation will now no longer accept email and password logins. Users in your organisation will be prompted to continue with their Microsoft Entra ID the next time they try to sign in.

Microsoft SSO Settings

  • When Microsoft SSO integration is activated, all existing users in the organisation on next sign in will be required to use SSO.
  • By default, any new users to an organisation must be invited by the Organisation owner or an Admin. This option may be changed in the Integrations tab Microsoft SSO settings to admit any users with a matching email domain.
