Security Upgrade: Temporary Downtime and Potential Access Changes

Maintenance window: 6:00pm-8:00pm AEST July 20, 2025

As part of our ongoing commitment to data security and compliance, we will be performing an upgrade to our security infrastructure between 6:00pm-8:00pm AEST on Sunday July 20, 2025.

This upgrade enhances the protection of your data.

During the maintainance window there will be a short period of downtime (anticipated <10 minutes). 

What this means for users

While most users will experience no interruption, some users may temporarily be blocked from accessing Foodworks.online after the maintenance window due to the changes in our security infrastructure. 

If you're encountering access issues or unusual login errors following this update, it's likely related to the new security filters.
