Performing bulk actions using the multi-select tool

You can now manage multiple resources or clients at once in the Foodworks navigation pane using the new multi-select tool. Here’s what you can do:

• Archive: Temporarily remove resources or clients from the active view without permanently deleting them.
• Restore: Return previously archived resources or clients to your active view.
• Move: Reorganise resources by moving them to a different workspace where they’re more relevant. You must have access to the destination workspace. You cannot move clients between workspaces.
• Delete: Remove resources that are no longer needed. This action is permanent. Only users with admin or owner permissions can delete resources.

To activate multi-select:

1. Open your workspace.
2. In the navigation pane, select Toggle multi-select on.
3. Check the boxes beside the resources and clients you want to select.
4. Use the toolbar to perform the desired bulk action.
