Hospital Foods includes formulas, Oral Nutrition Support products, and Foods for Special Medical Purposes for infants, children and adults. The foods included in this database have been selected by hospital stakeholders based on the foods used in medical nutrition therapy.

Examples of products you will find in Hospital Foods include enteral feed formulas, oral nutrition supplements, infant formulas, low protein foods, and other foods intended for medical nutrition therapy.

Hospital Foods expands on the archived FSMP 2021 data source, with additional foods, updated nutrient data, and the removal of outdated entries. It is intended to replace the previous FSMP data source.

Hospital Foods was developed by Xyris with input from Nutrition & Dietetics departments in major hospitals in Australia. It is intended for dietetic use within a clinical setting.
