Assign or remove a user to or from a seat

Your subscription has a set number of seats available. You can invite a greater number of users than you have seats for, and then assign and remove users from seats as required.

To assign or remove a user to or from a seat

  1. Open your Workspace dashboard.
  2. Click your organisation dropdown.
  3. Click    Organisation Settings.
  4. Click Users.
  5. Click Assign.
  6. In the Manage users dialog, select and deselect users as required.
  7. Click Confirm users.


Users that are not assigned to a seat are shown on the Non-current users tab.
