To cancel your plan
- Open your Workspace dashboard.
- On the topbar, select Organisation Settings.
- Select Subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription. Note: If you are in a free trial and you have not provided a payment method, you will not see the Cancel subscription button. At the end of the 14-day free trial your access to Foodworks will cease and there are no further actions required. You will not be billed.
- You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to cancel you subscription.
- Select Confirm and cancel.
To reactivate your plan
After cancelling, you can reactivate your plan at any time before the Next billing date.
- Go to your Organisation settings.
- Select Subscription.
- Select Reactivate Billing.
Notes
- When you cancel your plan, you can continue to use Foodworks for the remainder of the billing period, that is, until the Next billing date date. After that date, you cannot access Foodworks or the data stored in Foodworks.
- To see the Next billing date date, in your organisation settings, select Subscription.
- If you are in a free trial and you have not provided a payment method, you will not see the Cancel Plan button. Instead, at the end of the 14-day free trial your access to Foodworks will cease and there are no further actions required. If you wish to continue using Foodworks you will be prompted to provide payment details.
