By default, the nutrient analysis shown for an open resource is for the whole resource. When you select foods, ingredients, meals or days within the resource, the analysis shown is for your selection.
To view analyses for a selection within a resource
- Open the resource.
- On the Foods or Ingredients tab, select the foods, ingredients, meals or days as required.
- In the analysis pane, select the unit of analysis.
The analysis pane shows the results for your selection.
Tips
- To clear a selection, on the Foods or Ingredients tab, click Clear selection.
