View analyses for a selection within a resource

The analysis pane shows the analysis for the whole resource. To see the analysis for just part of a recipe, meal plan, food record or 24 hour recall, select the ingredients, foods, meals or days you want.

View the analysis for a selection

1. Open the resource.
2. On the Foods or Ingredients tab, select the foods, ingredients, meals or days.
3. In the analysis pane, select the unit of analysis.

The analysis pane shows the results for your selection. To return to the whole resource, click Clear active selections.

To analyse the same meals across several days, such as every breakfast in a meal plan, use section tags. See View analyses for sections within a resource.
