This will be absolutely fantastic when it works, particularly the customisable reports.
However, currently (June 18), I am unable to get any functionality out of the reporting system. I am posting this here to see if other users are having similar issues
It appears to be too "buggy" to use. Problems include:
- long lags/freezing of the drop down list of report type (Summary, Custom etc);
- long lags/freezing when attempting to use the check boxes.
- very few of the reports actually generate. In the majority of cases the reporting system freezes and it is necessary to close it.
I have tried signing out and back in, re-booting the computer and signing in (both with Firefox and Chrome) and there is no practical improvement. I have also tested this on about 5 out of the last 10 days with the same results.
System: MacOS Monterey 12.4; iMac 2017, 27"; 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7; 64Gb RAM

Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. I have also responded to your other support ticket from Saturday.
We have not been able to recreate this same issue with the reports feature on our end, nor have any other customers reported a similar experience at time of writing. However, I have escalated your enquiry to the development team for further investigation.
In your support ticket I mentioned, I also requested temporary access to your account to provide technical support, this access will allow me to determine what may be going on more effectively and efficiently.
We would like to get to the bottom of this as soon and resolve it as possible! I look forward to your response.
