About the label data CSVs

When you export your nutrition label data from Foodworks, the data is exported into two CSVs. This data is organised into two tables which can be used by your label publishing software to create nutrition labels using the Foodworks analyses. Each table contains specific data which is detailed below. 

Note: NIP refers to the Nutrient Information Panel.

SeqNo
Indicates the display order of each nutrient on the nutrition information panel (NIP)
NutrientName
Nutrient name as displayed on the NIP
PerServe
Nutrient value as displayed on the NIP per serve
Per100g
Nutrient value as displayed on the NIP per 100g (this column will be blank when Show per 100mL, not per 100g is selected)
Per100mL
Nutrient value as displayed on the NIP per 100mL (this column will be blank unless Show per 100mL, not per 100g is selected) 
DailyIntakePercent
Percentage daily intake value as displayed on the NIP (data is only available for nutrients that have Show % Daily Intake column toggled on)
PerServeValue
Nutrient value as it appears in the analysis pane per serve
Per100gValue
Nutrient value as it appears in the analysis pane per 100g
Per100mLValue
Nutrient value as it appears in the analysis pane per 100mL
DailyIntakePercentValue
Percentage daily intake value (data is only available for nutrients that have Show % Daily Intake column toggled on)

List of the tags applied to the resource (e.g. tag 1, tag 2)

The serve size as entered on the Ingredients tab, with the unit of measurement
Serves
The number of serves as entered on the Ingredients tab
ServesPerPack
The number of serves per pack as entered in the Labelling tab > General subtab > Serves per pack
IsPer100mL
Indicates if the NIP displays per 100mL, not per 100g
IngredientsStatement
The full ingredients statement as it appears on the food label
StorageInstructions
The full storage instructions as entered in Labelling tab > General subtab> Storage Instructions
AdvisoryStatement
The full advisory statement as generated and displayed on the food label
ContainsAllergensStatement
The full allergen summary statement as generated and displayed on the food label
ContaminantsStatement
The full may contain allergen summary statement as generated and displayed on the food label

Statement types as selected on the Labelling tab > CoOL subtab. Appears in the CSV as 10, 11, 12 or 13 where: 10 = Made in; 11 = Grown in; 12 = Product of; 13 = Packed in

Country of Origin statement per the previous column selections including the selected country and statement type per the previous columns
ShelfLifeType
Shelf life prefix statement types as entered on the Labelling tab > Shelf life subtab. Appears in the CSV as 0, 1 or 2 where: 0 = No shelf life statement; 1 = Use By; 2 = Best Before
ShelfLifeWords
Indicates the shelf life statement prefix in words. This column will either be empty (when no shelf life is selected), Use By or Best Before

NetWeight

CoOL percent as calculated
CoOLAustralianPercentForBarChart
CoOL percent as calculated to be used in the Bar Chart graphic
CoOLStandardMarks
Indicates which Standard Mark graphic you have selected. Appears in the CSV as 1, 2 or 3 where: 1 = Bar chart and Kangaroo Logo; 2 = Bar chart only; 3 = No standard mark
CoOLOrientation
Indicates the Standard Mark graphic orientation you have selected. Appears in the CSV as 0 or 1 where: 0 = landscape; 1 = portrait
IsCoOLWarning
Indicates if a warning has been calculated for CoOL for this product
CoOLWarningMessage
Displays the warning message in full if applicable (e.g. ‘CoOL statement is only compliant if all significant ingredients are from Australia’). Where IsCoOLWarning is FALSE this column will be empty
CoOLErrorMessage
Displays the error message in full if applicable (e.g. Product Of Angola statement however Australian content is >0%). Where IsCoOLError is FALSE this column will be empty
IsCoOLError
Indicates if an error has been calculated for CoOL for this product
CoOLStandardMarksImage
Name of the CoOL Standard Mark graphic used for this food based you selections for CoOL, see Download Country of Origin and Health Star Rating assets to download all graphics
HSRStars
Health Star Rating (HSR) value to 1 decimal place (e.g. 3.5)
HSRStyle
The HSR style selected. Appears in the CSV as 0, 1, 2 or 3 where: 0 = none; 1 = HSR only; 2 = HSR + energy; 3 = HSR + energy + 3 prescribed nutrients
HSRImage
Name of the HSR graphic used for this food based on the conditions set for HSR, see Download Country of Origin and Health Star Rating assets to download all graphics
HSRUnits
Unit of measurement for HSR. Appears in the CSV as 0, 1 or 2 where: 0 = Per 100g; 1 = Per 100mL; 2 = Per pack
HSRUnitsStatement
As selected in FwO in the Labelling tab > HSR subtab > HSR unit dropdown. This column will read either Per 100g, Per 100mL, Per Pack
HSREnergy
HSR energy value for use in the HSR graphic
HSRSaturatedFat
HSR saturated fat value for use in the HSR graphic
HSRSugars
HSR sugars value for use in the HSR graphic
HSRSodium
HSR sodium value for use in the HSR graphic
