The cost per 100g for a recipe or sub recipe is calculated from the cost of its ingredients (if ingredient costs have been provided).
However, you can choose to override this calculated cost.
To set the cost per 100g for a recipe or sub recipe
- Open the recipe or sub recipe.
- Click Edit.
- On the Overrides tab, under Costing, in the Value column type the cost per 100g.
- Optionally, type a note in the Notes column.
- Changes are saved automatically. When you're satisfied with this draft, click Publish.
