By default, the nutrient analysis shown for an open resource is for the whole resource. When you select ingredients within the recipe or sub recipe, the analysis shown is for your selection.
To view analyses for a selection within a resource
- Open the recipe or sub recipe.
- On the Ingredients tab, select the ingredients as required.
- In the analysis pane, select the unit of analysis.
The analysis pane shows the results of your selection.
Tips
- To clear a selection, on the Ingredients tab, click
Clear active selections or unselect the active checkboxes.
