What is a user?

A user has the lowest permission level of all users for that organisation, below an organisation owner and admins. All users invited to an organisation are automatically assigned a user role.

As a user, you can complete the following tasks: 

• Access all features in Foodworks.online (except Organisation Settings)
• View your workspaces and those shared with you
• Archive and restore workspaces you have access to

Unlike an organisation owner or admin, a user cannot:

• Manage other users in the organisation
• Manage the subscription or upcoming payments
• Permanently delete a resource or a workspace
