Export your Professional workspace

In Professional you can export the data for the resources and clients within your workspace to a series of CSVs.

1. Open a workspace.
2. Click on the Tools tab in the navigation pane. 
3. Click Export workspace data. Depending on the size of what you are exporting, this may take some time.

You can review the status of your export and download your workspace data files on the Export tab.

Exporting Easy Diet Diary data: Please note that the live data feed linked from Easy Diet Diary cannot be directly exported from Foodworks.online. This is because the linked diary is a read-only view, not an exportable file (or 'resource' in Foodworks). To include a client's Easy Diet Diary information in an export, you must first capture it by creating a food record snapshot. This snapshot saves the diary data at that moment, creating the necessary resource for export.
