To keep a record of an Easy Diet Diary client's food intake, you can create a snapshot in Foodworks Professional. This snapshot allows you to edit the food record and associated custom food or recipe resources.

Key points:

  • Snapshot duration: You can create a snapshot for up to 14 days. Days without logged entries will not be included.
  • Data retention: If you or the client unlinks their Easy Diet Diary account from your Foodworks organisation, you will retain access to the food record captured in the snapshot.

To create a food record snapshot:

  1. Open Foodworks, and navigate to the Professional workspace containing your client.
  2. Open the client.
  3. Select the Diary tab.
  4. Click Create snapshot.

  5. Select the date range for your food record.
  6. Click Generate.

Upon creation, you'll be redirected to the new food record resource. It is recommended to give it a new name.

Any custom foods or recipes created by the Easy Diet Diary user and logged during the snapshot period will be automatically included.

To view your Easy Diet Diary client resources:

By default, client-associated resources will not be visible in the navigation pane. To view the food record snapshot and other custom resources:

  1. Open the client.
  2. Click the Resources tab.

All resources associated with this client will be displayed in the resources table.

Or,

  1. In the navigation pane, click the   ellipsis.
  2. Select Show client resources.

All resources associated with any client will be displayed in the navigation pane.
