This article applies to the following workspace types
Professional and Nutrition Labelling
Foodworks comes with several sets of food composition data (food composition tables) referred to as data sources. They contain reference foods and their nutrient data. For more information see What is a data source?
On the Reference data tab in Workspace Settings, you can choose which data sources are enabled for a workspace, and which version of each data source the workspace uses.
To set the data sources for a workspace
- Open the workspace.
- In the navigation pane, click Workspace Settings.
- Click the Reference data tab.
- To enable or disable data sources, select or clear their checkboxes.
Changes are saved automatically.
To choose which version of a data source to use
Data sources are updated from time to time, and each update is published as a new version. By default, a workspace always uses the latest version. To keep your nutrient data the same over time, you can pin the workspace to a specific version.
- On the Reference data tab, for the data source, select one of the following:
- Always use latest version – the workspace uses each new version as it's released. This is the default.
- Use a specific version – select a version from the list to pin the workspace to it.
Changes are saved automatically.
For more about what changes when a new version is released, see Pin a data source version for a workspace.
