Categorise and organise your clients using tags. You can create your own tags to suit your requirements.
For example, you could use tags to identify the clinic location of a client (for example, Clinic 1, Fern Hospital) and to note relevant health conditions (for example,T2DM).
To create a tag and apply it to a client
- Open the client to which you want to apply the tag.
- On the Dashboard tab, point to the Tags box, then click + Add Tag.
- To create and apply a new tag, select Create tag, enter a name for the tag and select a colour. Click Save.
- OR -
To select and apply an existing tag, click an existing tag from the list.
Tips
- You can apply multiple tags to a client.
- Client tags you create are also available for you to apply to any resource in this workspace.
- In the navigation pane, use tags to filter your search.
- In the navigation pane, to show client tags, click Ellipsis.
