Create and apply tags to a client

Categorise and organise your clients using client tags. You can create your own tags to suit your requirements.

For example, you could use tags to identify the clinic location of a client (for example, Clinic 1, Fern Hospital) and to note relevant health conditions (for example,T2DM).

To create a tag and apply it to a client

  1. Open the client to which you want to apply the tag.
  2. On the General tab, point to the Tags box, then click  Tags:
  3. To create and apply a new tag, select Create client tag, enter a name for the tag and select a colour. Click Save tag.
    - Or -
    To select and apply an existing tag, click All client tags and select from the list.
  4. Click Save.

Note

Contrast with resource tags.

Tips

  • You can apply multiple tags to a client.
  • Client tags you create are also available for you to apply to any resource in this workspace.
  • In the navigation pane, use tags to filter your search.
  • In the navigation pane, to show client tags, click   Ellipsis.
