To enter ingredients for a recipe
- Open the recipe.
- Click Edit.
- On the Ingredients tab, click in a row, and type all or part of the ingredient name.
- In the dropdown list, select the best match for the ingredient and press Enter.
- Enter the number for the quantity.
- In the dropdown list, select the measure for the quantity and press Enter.
To edit ingredients in a recipe
- Open the recipe.
- Click Edit.
- On the Ingredients tab, make the changes:
- To change an ingredient or its quantity, click its name or quantity, and make the changes.
- To delete ingredient rows or sections, select the checkboxes for the rows or sections, click the ellipsis and select Delete from the dropdown.
- To copy and paste ingredient rows or sections, select the checkboxes for the rows or sections, click the ellipsis and select Copy, then in the row above where you want to paste the selection, click the ellipsis and select Paste above or Paste below.
Once you are satisfied with this draft, click Publish.
Tips
- You can organise your ingredients into logical sections (for example, Cake, Filling and Icing). In a section row, enter the section name. Under the section name, enter the relevant ingredients. See Add or edit sections for ingredients.
