How is Foodworks.online licensed?
Foodworks.online is licensed on a per users basis. An organisation purchases a number of licenses for the number of users they would like to have accessing Foodworks. Active users can be swapped out by the organisation owner. If you are a sole-trader or sole-practitioner with only one user accessing Foodworks, you would purchase one (1) license.
My organisation has already paid for my license. How do I gain access?
Get in touch with your organisation's admin to be added to an organisation.
Can I still purchase FoodWorks 10?
If Foodworks.online is not quite feature-ready for you yet, you can contact us to get access to the classic FoodWorks 10 desktop application as part of your Foodworks.online annual subscription (and make the switch later).
How do I increase the number of users within my organisation?
To increase the number of users within your organisation, see Change user licenses quantity.
How do I invite a new user to my organisation?
To invite a new user to your organisation, see Invite users to your organisation
How do I remove a user from my organisation?

What does 'organisation owner' mean?
The organisation owner has the highest admin permission levels. See What is an organisation owner?
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription through your organisation’s admin portal. The cancellation takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Can I change the billing period for my subscription?
Yes. You can change the billing period for your subscription through your organisation’s admin portal if you are a credit card customer and are moving to a longer billing period. You cannot adjust your billing period if you are an invoice customer, or if you are wanting to move to a shorter billing period. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a student discount?
If you are a student requiring Foodworks.online for your studies, your educational institution provides you with access. If your educational institution does not have Foodworks.online and you require access for your studies, please contact us.
What happens when my subscription falls due?
When your subscription falls due, the amount owing is automatically debited from your credit card. If you are on an invoice-only plan, you will receive an invoice on the day your subscription falls due with payment terms of 14 days. (If you are from a hospital or university and require extended payment terms, get in touch.) If payment fails or is not made with these 14 days, your access to Foodworks.online is disabled.
