To invite a new user to your Foodworks organisation
- Open your Workspace dashboard.
- On the topbar, select Organisation Settings. (Only the organisation owner can see and access these settings.)
- Select Users.
- Select Invite.
- Enter their email addresses, separated by commas or spaces.
- Select Invite users.
The users receive an email invitation asking them to sign to your organisation.
Notes
The role of a user can be updated before or after they accept the invitation by selecting a role from the Role column on the user table.
You may withdraw a users invite prior to them accepting by selecting the checkbox beside their name and clicking Remove. Once a user has accepted, you must remove them, see Remove a user from your organisation.
