Duplicate a resource

A resource in Professional is a recipe, meal plan, food, food record and 24 hour recall.

To duplicate a resource

1. Open the resource.
2. Click the ellipsis (...) and select Duplicate <resource>.

The duplicate resource is shown in the navigation pane with the word (copy) appended. Note that resource Tags are not applied to the duplicated resource. If you have filters applied to your navigation pane, you may not be able to see the copied resource until you remove them.
