Duplicate a resource

A resource in Professional is a recipe, meal plan, food, food record and 24 hour recall.

To duplicate a resource

1. Open the resource.
2. Click the ellipsis (...) and select Duplicate <resource>.

The duplicate resource is shown in the navigation pane with the word (copy) appended.
