Declare a raw material as a processing aid

When you declare a raw material as a processing aid it is not shown in ingredient lists on nutrition labels.

To declare a raw material as a processing aid

1. Open the raw material and click Edit.
2. On the General tab, click Label declaration.
3. In the dropdown list, select Processing aid.
4. Changes are saved automatically.
