Notes
- To enter retention factors for the ingredients, see Set retention factors for ingredients.
- By default, the nutrient analyses for this recipe or sub recipe are calculated from the ingredient information you enter.
- It's recommended that you create ingredients as resources (sub recipes and raw materials) rather than selecting ingredients from a reference data source. This gives you much more control over ingredient information increasing the accuracy of your results.
Tips
- On the Ingredients tab, you can organise your ingredients into logical sections (for example, Cake, Filling and Icing). In a section row, enter the section name. Under the section name, enter the relevant ingredients. See Add or edit sections for ingredients.
