When you use a recipe or sub recipe as an ingredient in another recipe, you can declare it on the nutrition label for the final recipe as a processing aid.
As a processing aid, it will not be shown on the nutrition label for the final recipe.
To declare a recipe or sub recipe as a processing aid
- Open the recipe or sub recipe.
- Click Edit.
- On the General tab, click Label declaration
- In the dropdown list, select Processing aid.
- Changes are saved automatically. When you are satisfied with this draft, click Publish.
