An admin is a user role with the second highest permissions level of all users for that organisation, below an organisation owner. The organisation owner initially assigns you to the admin role.
You can complete the following tasks:
Managing users
- Invite users to the organisation
- Assign users to a license
- Remove users from a license
- Assign a user as an admin
- Assign yourself to a user role
Managing your plan and payments
- Upgrade your plan
- Add or remove licenses from your plan
- Cancel your plan
- View plan invoices
- See when the next payment falls due
- Add or update account payment methods
- View or update your billing contact details
App functionality
- Perform all functions in Foodworks.online
- View your workspaces and those shared with you
- Archive and restore workspaces you have access to
- Permanently delete archived resources and workspaces

There can be multiple admins in a Foodworks organisation
- An admin of an Education account does not have access to the Subscription and billing or Subscription tab in organisation settings. If any changes are required to an Education subscription, please email info@xyris.com.au.
