What is a 24 hour recall?

A 24 hour recall is a type of Professional resource that you can create for a client or as a workspace resource. Use a 24 hour recall to record all food, drink and dietary supplement intake of a client retrospectively over one day.

You can analyse 24 hour recalls per 1 megajoule of the total 24 hour recall (1MJ) or by the sum of all foods recorded (Total).

In Professional, 24 hour recalls can be associated with a client or they can exist on their own as a workspace resource.

When a 24 hour recall is associated with a client you can view the client's planned nutrient intake against their Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) and their custom goals. To find out more about NRVs, see the support article Nutrient Reference Values explained.

24 hour recalls that are initially created as a workspace resource can be copied to one or more clients.
